Need a snack between classes or groceries to get you through the week?
The Nourishment Nook is here for you! Open Tuesdays (2-3 pm) & Wednesdays (10-11 am) during semester, this cozy, confidential space provides free food and essentials to Fed students - no judgment, just support.
The Mt Helen Nook is located on Level 1 of U Building, beside the Student Lounge.
From canned goods to hygiene products, we’ve got your back.
All you need to do is book a time here and bring a reusable bag.
