The program consists of four sessions designed to help international students convert their overseas driver's licence to a Victorian one. Read more about the program.
 
Eligibility
To be eligible to take part in the program, you must:
  • be a current international student in Victoria
  • hold a valid international driver's licence.

Session 3: cultural differences in driving and psychology of driving in Australia

This session covers:
  • Understanding how cultural differences impact driving behaviour
  • Importance of adapting to local driving etiquette and respecting other road users
  • Psychological aspects of driving: stress management, decision-making, maintaining focus, and reaction times
  • Strategies for calm, confident driving in unfamiliar environments
